The Basic
Hello, I am Cy, short for Cyrine. I am currently a Data Engineer and an aspiring Web Developer. I came from a humble province in Region 8, Biliran Province. I graduated last May 2025 as Magna Cum Laude and as a DOST-SEI Scholar. A few days, after graduating, I came back to Cebu to start my first job as a regular employee.
I enjoy watching KDrama and I am a big fan of KPop. Dancing is one of my favorite hobbies, and I love expressing myself through movement and music. I also enjoy exploring different restaurants and trying new dishes since I am a big foodie. In my free time, I play pickleball, which keeps me active and adds a fun balance to my routine.

Primarily sourced spatial datasets for property planning, then validated and ingested them into the database while collaborating cross-functionally with frontend, backend, and design teams.

January 2025 - April 2025Data Engineering Intern
As a Data Engineering Intern, I sourced spatial datasets and used QGIS to investigate their quality, coverage, and usability, extracted and structured information from PDFs for downstream processing, and built React-based dashboards to visualize dataset insights and support decision-making.
